Student Birthdays

Childhood food allergies are on the rise. We ask children to not share food items, as some items may have a trace of an allergen. For birthday celebrations we ask that only Lolly bags that contain wrapped lollies may be distributed at the end of the day for parent discretion. Cakes are unable to be shared at school to ensure safety for all.

Bunnings BBQ

We are excited to be holding a St Gabriel's & St Stephen's Bunnings BBQ on July 23rd 2023 at the Thomastown location, 11 Dalton Rd, Thomastown VIC 3074. We would love some parent helpers who would be available for an hour or two between 9:00 am - 4:00 pm to come along and have some fun helping us with cooking, handing out drinks and taking orders.

Lunch orders are available every Wednesday through LunchMums.

Ordering is done through My School Connect, https://myschoolconnect.com.au/ Ordering can be done in advance and up until the night before and you can find the 2023 menu online.

Asthma & Allergies

If your child/children has asthma or any allergies, please notify the office and provide an updated action plan from your doctor as soon as possible.

A reminder that if you have a sibling attending school next year to let the office know by coming in or emailing office@ssreservoireast.catholic.edu.au so we can send home an enrolment form for you

SUNSMART POLICY

To ensure we meet the SunSmart requirements please ensure your child brings/keeps a hat to school. No hat - you must be in shaded areas only. If you are unable to purchase a school hat or green sun safe hat, any appropriate SunSmart hat is ok!

BRINGING DEVICES TO SCHOOL

Student’s Smart devices (watches, phones , iPads etc) must not be brought to classes, meetings, assemblies, excursions, camps or similar as we promote children accessing Educator’s support whilst at school. We ask that children hand in their device to our office staff for safekeeping and are collected at the end of the day. Smart watches need to be set in school mode during school hours.
