We are still on the look out for a Secretary / Assistant Secretary.

Prepare the agenda in consultation with the Chairperson and Principal
Notify members of meetings (Date, time venue)
Confirm attendance for team for meetings and chase up any reports that may be required prior to each meeting if the representative cannot attend
Write up Minutes following each meeting
Maintain records of all P&F meetings
Receive and manage correspondence related to the P&F
Oversee Facebook page
Communicate with the school P&F community via the Facebook page as required for any P&F related matters
Liaise with the class reps as required to inform about P&F initiatives
