Principal's Report

Carly Avery

Dear Parents/Guardians

It was wonderful to see so many smiling faces on Monday and hear holiday stories. Already this term I have seen many moments of which we can all be proud. Thanks to Trish Shaw for organising our participation in yesterday's ceremony, wonderful to see so many students marching to represent St. Joseph’s. Another moment of pride occurred this morning. Right on the bell all staff were having a photo taken, during this time all students came to the line and ran the morning assembly unprompted. Student message and prayer included!

I look forward to see some of you at Cross Country tomorrow.

Term One Climate Survey

The purpose of this short survey is to understand what the general level of satisfaction within the School Community currently is; what we are doing well, and where we can improve. The survey is a general check-in as to what the overall feeling is around the school.

I strongly urge you to participate in the next one, thanks to those parents who have already had a chance to fill in. It is only 4 questions and takes around 10 mins.

Golden Horseshoe Festival

A huge thanks again to all those who helped out in preparation and on the day at the food stall. It was a great success, with a final tally to come in. There were many hands that supported in various ways, a big team effort, led by James Cleeve.

Thank you also to those who were able to join us at the parade, a visual sea of gold!
