What to do when my child is away?

If in doubt, call the 24 hour Absence Line.

24 hour Absence Line: (03) 9743 5061

Away

ON THE DAY,  call 9743 5061 and leave a clear message, including:

• child's name
• year level
• your name
• reason for absence

Late

Walk student to the office OR provide a note for them to hand in at the office. 

Holiday

Contact the relevant year level coordinator TWO WEEKS PRIOR to the holiday.

Medical Appointment

Call the absence line and leave a message. Drop medical certificate or certificate of attendance at the office.

Leaving Early

Students MUST have signed a note in their diary to leave class. Students report to the office. Parents collect students from the office.   

NOTE: Office staff will only collect students for genuine emergencies, and announcements cannot be made during class time.
