World Fair and Open Day 2017 – Count Down!

It is only TWO weeks to the biggest event on Kilvington’s event calendar. We have 20 countries that will showcase their food and culture. There will be rides, entertainment, activities, School Tours and so much more.

Ride wristbands are NOW on sale and can be purchased here.

We need your help to make this a successful event and you can do this by:

Donations:

• Sweets: chocolate bars, assorted chocolate packs, and packs of lollies
• Cakes & slices (please deliver to School on Friday 24 or to the stall on Saturday morning.  CSRs will be sending home details and ideas for baking etc).
• Jars for jam
• Glitz, Glam and Retro items (pre-loved bags, jewellery and clothes etc).
• Books, toys (no soft toys) and games
• Kids clothes (baby to size 14)
• Empty 2 & 3 litre milk containers with lids (for sand bags)
• Material shopping bags (for sand bags)
• Nail polish, ribbons, coloured hairspray
• Marquees (for the day. The PFA will organise pick-up and drop-off)
• Financial contributions (sponsorship – Children’s Activity Centre, Petting Farm or rides etc)

Please leave smaller items at Main Reception, for other donations please email the PFA.

Volunteering: many hands make light work. If you would like to run a fundraising stall or help set and/or pack up, register here.

The Kilvington World Fair and Open Day will be held on Saturday 25th March 2017 from 11.00am-4.00pm. Everyone is welcome.

A competition is being run for students, staff and parents. The winners will be announced at the World Fair.
