World Fair and Open Day 2017

The World Fair and Open Day will be held on Saturday 25th March 2017 from 11.00am-4.00pm. It is the biggest event on the Kilvington school calendar, with lots of hard work and effort from the School community to make the day as special as possible.

We need your help to make this a successful event and you can do this by:

Donations:

items for the silent auction.
sealed lolly bags and chocolates.
small clean, empty jars with lids (210g - 390g).
books and toys.

Please leave smaller items at Main or Junior Reception, for other donations please email the PFA.

Volunteering: many hands make light work. If you would like to run a fundraising stall such as the:

BBQ
secondhand toys and games
fruit salad cups.

Or if you can assist before or during the World Fair, please email the PFA.

Representing a country: either run a stall that showcases your country’s food/national dish or that promotes art, culture or music. Email your interest to the PFA.

Over the Holidays - Please collect ready for Term One 2017

Secondhand Books.
Secondhand Toys and Games.
Propagate plants.
