It has been great to see the progress all students have made throughout the trades area.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank all Trades’ Staff for their dedication and efforts in supporting the Year 12’s complete their competencies and qualifications.

Graduation & Prize Day

This year’s Graduation was again another successful event. It is always a great thrill and sense of achievement to see another cohort graduate from the WA College of Agriculture Harvey.

The Trades' staff wish all the graduates and prize recipients congratulations. Well done to our Year 12 Trade winners:

  • Reece Liddelow
  • Joshua Snibson
  • Travis Bushell

Year 10 and 11 Trades winners:

  • Dallas Johnson
  • Sarah Hughes

Those who stood out amongst their peers were not just limited to the award winners and included:

  • Year 10: Robert Pepall, Jake Staples and Lucas Pratt
  • Year 11: Tyson Italiano, Leivi Parravicini, Leadem Stream, Luke Pfitzner and Dylan Trickett
  • Year 12: Angelus Carson, Aaron Hoffmann and Brayden Rowcroft

With the great array of prizes on offer the Trades' staff hope this continues to motivate and inspire the returning students.  Well done!

Year 10 & 11's

The Year 11’s have just completed their year and have worked hard for a well-deserved Christmas break before returning for their final year. I hope the students utilise the break to work or gain some experiences that enhance their job opportunities in the near future.

The Year 10’s are out and about attending work experience in the final two weeks of the year. I hope they find an area in the workforce that they genuinely enjoy working in.

Thank You

I would like to finally thank the students for their efforts throughout the year. There have been highs and lows, but the Trades area has certainly been a very positive environment in which to learn and work.

A section does not function without the dedication of the staff members and I would like to acknowledge and thank Jeff Kenny, Guy Truss, Duncan Campbell and Keith Briggs for their contributions throughout the year.

If there are any questions in regards to your son’s/daughter’s progress or the courses on offer please do not hesitate to contact myself or the respective staff member at the College.

Merry Christmas

On behalf of the Trades' Staff I would like to wish students, parents and staff a safe and well earned break, and we look forward to seeing you all back in 2020.
