Junior Soccer Stars

Eight St Xavier's boys were very lucky last weekend to represent Gunnedah and District Soccer Association when they played at half time of the Newcastle Jets and Central Coast Mariners game.

Ted Sheedy, Jake Hope, Cooper Whitton, Jimmy Grant, Jacob Smith, Harrison Law, Lucas Grosser and Brock Jensen  met Joel Griffiths (Jets Legend), had a media conference with Lawrie Mckinna (Jets CEO), shook hands with Ernie Merrick (Jets Head Coach) and played in front of over 8000 adoring fans at McDonald Jones Stadium.  What a wonderful experience!
