Kitchen and Garden Update

The garden had to mostly take care of its self last week.  With Mrs O away, I stepped into the kitchen to help the students prepare Pan Fried Zucchini Buns with a Cabbage, Pomegranate and Walnut Salad.  Almost everyone agreed they were both delicious!

We have had a very kind donation of seedlings, which will be planted out to grow over the break and provide us with tomatoes into the new year.  

Watering Volunteers Needed

We are looking for volunteers to help out with watering the kitchen garden over the Summer Holiday break. A roster will be created in one week blocks running from Monday to Sunday starting from 21 December. If you're available to give us a hand, it would be very much appreciated.  Please contact the office to add your name on the roster.

End of Year Luncheon

Last Wednesday our year 5 and 6 students finished the year with a three course luncheon where students had to source recipes, create a menu and cook, prepare and serve to their piers and teachers. Well done to all students. It was a lovely to way to farewell our year 6 students and wish them well.
