Term 1 Report Conferences

Parent –Teacher Conferences were held this week and it was pleasing to see students accompanying their parents to hear feedback from their teacher. Such feedback helps to communicate to parents the areas their child are excelling in and to give them specific ideas of how to improve upon their child's performance in school.

Community Focus Day

The Year 9 Team are very proud of the contribution of Year 9 students for their support of National Breast Cancer Foundation in honour of Kelli Portbury. 

Year 9 Form captains played a leading role on the day. Students below making ribbons for purchase during the recent SAFER meeting. 

Other Issues

• Lockers: there are still some students who do not have a lock on their locker.
• PE Uniform: VSC PE shorts must be worn.
• Sports equipment can be borrowed from the Year 9 Student management office for recess and lunchtimes.
• We encourage students to avail themselves of the Monday after school homework program for the subjects of Maths & English.
