Teach us to love God and our brothers and sisters as you loved them: make our love for others to be always patient, kindly, and respectful. Teach us to be able to grasp, in faith, 

the paradox of Christian joy.

Make our joy to be always genuine and full,

in order to be able to communicate it to all.   Amen.

Reconciliation Information Night 

Tomorrow night at 5:30pm in the Stage 1 building, we will be holding  an information evening for all parents of children in Year 2 who are Catholic and will be making their First Reconciliation. At this meeting we will discuss the First Reconciliation Program and requirements for the lead up to this important sacrament. It will also provide us with the opportunity to answer any questions you may have.

 

First Eucharist Information Evening for 

We would like to invite you to the First Holy Communion Parent information night of children in Year 3 on Tuesday 25th May at 5:30pm. The meeting will be held at St Joseph's School in the Stage 2 learning space. At this meeting we will discuss the First Holy Communion Program and requirements for the lead up to this important sacrament. It will also provide us with the opportunity to answer any questions you may have.

 

Mother's Day Mass

On Friday the 7th May we will be celebrating Mothers Day with a Mass at 9am, followed by morning tea. We would like to invite all mothers, grandmothers, aunts and friends and hope you will be able to join us for this special occasion. 

 

Catholic Schools Week

Armidale Diocese will mark Catholic Schools Week from Sunday 23rd May to Saturday 29th May. 

The highlight will be Mass  on the morning of Monday 24th May.  Catholic Schools Week will have the same theme as the celebrations for 200 years of Catholic Education in Australia - 

"Faith in the Future"

 

Anzac Day Liturgy

Last Monday our school held an Anzac Day Liturgy to pay our respects to the service men and women both past and present.

  • Tuesday 18th May- First Reconciliation @ 5:30pm ( Year 2)
  • Monday 24th May-Mary Help of Christian Feast Day @ 12 noon
  • Tuesday 25th May- First Eucharist Parent Information  night @ 5:30pm ( Year 3)
