Get Active Kids Voucher Program
The Vic Government are giving $200 vouchers towards children's participation in team sports in cases where families have a valid Health Care Card or Pension Card. It is also open to families on the basis of other special considerations.
The application process asks for a fair bit of information and the voucher refunds money that has already been spent rather than being paid in advance, but covers purchases of uniform, equipment or fees. It may make a difference to any families that find sporting commitments exorbitant.
