Donations for Sick Bay

We are looking for some donations of new smaller girls and boys underwear and socks to help with those little 'accidents' that occur from time to time. If you could also spare some Coles type plastic bags they would be put to good use too!

Urgently Seeking Class Reps

As we approach the end of Term 1 we are still looking for parent Class Representatives for the following classes: 3LT, 5CG, 5LM, 6SB

We are also seeking additional/second Class Reps for 1BF and 5MM.

Each class must have at least two parent representatives, so please consider volunteering to help your child’s class.  You might like to volunteer with a friend, or use it as an opportunity to meet new parents.

The role will take very little of your time, but will assist the school community greatly.

Free Chairs!

We have 19 children-sized chairs to give away - please see the office if you are interested.

Uniform Shop

Our uniform shop is operated by Klad Sport and is open here at school on Monday afternoons from 2.30 pm until 4 pm and on Thursdays from 8.30 am to 10.30 am during school terms, or orders may be left at the office and they will be filled on  Mondays or Thursdays.  

We also have a large selection of second hand uniform items available at the office ($5 each item)

Lee also has been making masks for $10.00 each.  Lee has different colours for adults and she will be making ones for kids in school colours as well – all $10.00.

The Uniform Shop is located at the rear of the school, inside our Gym building, in a small office behind the canteen.

Please note the Uniform Shop is unable to accept cheques.  Payment may be made by credit card or cash only.

Klad Sport also operate a shopfront at 8 Macro Court, Rowville (Phone 9763 0266) and they are open:

Monday to Thursday 8.30 am to 5 pm

(Fridays until 4.30 pm)

and Saturdays 10 am to 1 pm

Old Orchard Emails

Dear Parents

We have been notified that many of the Old Orchard emails are going to your ‘junk’ folder. We are in contact with Sentral to see if this issue can be rectified. In the meantime, if you have any Old Orchard emails in your junk mail, please follow these steps:

• Right click on the message
• Select junk
• Select never block sender

This should ensure messages will now go to your inbox.

We are trying to streamline our communication so it is mainly coming from the Old Orchard account.

If you have any issues please don’t hesitate to call the office on 9877 7899.

Working with Children Check

There are some parents who have Working with Children Checks that have expired.  

Please  note that it is mandatory for any person working with children in our school to hold a valid W.W.C. card - if your card has expired you will not be permitted to work with students or assist with school programs.  You  must present your W.W.C. card at the office each time it is renewed.

Parents may wish to pay school fees, excursions swimming charges with Direct Deposit on the Net.

Rates are:

$25 per week (a discount applies for longer periods)

Advertisements need to be emailed to the school by Thursday for publication in the

Newsletter. Our newsletter is normally online Thursday afternoon/Friday morning.
