John XXIII Netball Club

It’s a perfect weekend for netball.

Thank you to all of the Coaches and Managers and Umpires & Committee for giving their time to the Club for the 2021 season. Your input is invaluable and the Club could not run without you.

Secondary & Open

Round 1 starts this weekend. Good luck to all teams.

Fixtures can be found on the MyNetball App or on the Club website: http://johnxxiiicnc.wa.netball.com.au

Under the “ResultsVault” tab

Please remember:

  • Bloomers need to be dark or navy blue or the club blue & yellow
  • Nails must be short and filed smooth
  • No jewellery, not even taped. Girls will be asked to leave the court if they have jewellery on.

Arrive 30 minutes before your game for warm up and position allocation.

Be kind to the umpires. The first game back is hard for everyone and without umpires we simply cannot play.

If you are going to miss a game please advise your coach as early as possible.

COVID 19 Restrictions

In response to the State Government’s announcement on the easing of COVID restrictions last night, PNA has implemented the following restrictions for anyone attending the Matthews Netball Centre for round 1 of the Winter competition tomorrow:

  • Spectators are permitted but must wear a face mask.  Face masks are not mandatory for anyone under the age of 12 or who is otherwise exempt from wearing one.  Spectators are asked to practice social distancing where possible.
  • All attendees must sign in when entering the venue using the Safe WA app.  QR codes are located at each entry gate.
  • Players and umpires are not required to wear a face mask while playing or umpiring.  They must wear them at all other times while at the venue.
  • Coaches must wear face masks but can remove them when talking to players during breaks.
  • Sharing of water bottles and food is not permitted.
