Principal Post

From the Principal. . .

Dear Families,

School Sports

We were truly blessed last Friday, with a lovely sunny day for our Annual Athletic House Sports!

For all those who were present, you would see that the main  focus is very much around student participation in a range of Athletic and  game events. Our students thoroughly enjoyed being actively involved across the entire day.

Our congratulations to Gold House (Kildare) on winning the House trophy for the second consecutive year. Well done  to all the House teams.

We congratulate the students who broke  sprint records on the day .

What an amazing achievement!

Thank you to our Sports and House Captains  and  all year six students for leading their houses so enthusiastically. It was terrific also to see all students encouraging one another - sportsmanship is  an important quality which  we always need to foster!

My thanks to all staff but particularly Sophie Sullivan for her brilliant preparation and for overseeing the day so well.

To all our parents who assisted on the day - thank you so much for your generosity! The day could not have been the success it was without you!
