1MG has been learning about prefixes and suffixes for our MSL lessons this term.

We have learnt that:

Prefixes occur at the start of a word. For example ‘mis’ means ‘wrong’ or ‘bad’.

Suffixes occur at the end of a word. For example ‘-ful’ means ‘having’ or ‘full of’.

Here are some posters that we have made of some prefixes and suffixes we have learnt.
