GLEN EIRA YOUTH SERVICES – APRIL SCHOOL HOLIDAY PROGRAM
School holiday activities available for young people aged 12 – 18 years who live, work or study in the City of Glen Eira. Activities include high ropes obstacle course, scavenger hunts, the Melbourne Zoo, trampoline dodgeball at Bounce Inc and much more. VSL_MCKINNON CENTRE - WHAT AN OPPORTUNITY!
The Victorian School of Languages is a government school that holds its classes at other schools around the state and we have a centre right here at McKinnon Secondary College! For as little as $70 for the entire year ($85 for VCE studies) your child can attend up to 30 lessons on Thursday evenings here at McKinnon from 4.30 pm to 7.30 pm.
At present we offer classes in Russian, Hebrew and Korean from Prep (Foundation) through to VCE Units 3 & 4. The VSL offers lessons in more than 40 languages other than English – either at centres or via Distance Education. There is a VSL centre at South Oakleigh which offers classes in Greek, Mandarin, French and Russian on Saturday mornings.
