Student Leaders 2020

At Presentation Night, Fr Peter presented the Captain and Vice-Captain badges to our Student Leaders for 2020. The presentation of these badges marked the final stage of a process that began with Year 11 students nominating and applying for positions and an extensive interview process. The new Student Leaders have already shown service to the College by cooking breakfast for the graduating Class of 2019.  I look forward to them taking on their new roles and responsibilities with the enthusiasm and dedication as they ‘serve others’. They will be participating in a Student Leadership Development and Planning Day on Monday, 2 December.

Parent Committee

Parents and carers of Year 10 students are invited to enjoy a meal and social catch up while students attend the River Cruise next week, Wednesday, 6  November.

The Parent Committee suggests parents who wish to gather at The Lucky Shag Waterfront Bar while their children are on the river cruise should RSVP via email to aroberts@norbert.wa.edu.au by 4pm on Monday.

Committee chair Paul Costantino says RSVPs for the pay-as-you-go event are purely as a courtesy for the restaurant to manage the numbers. Dr Costantino will advise the restaurant of the booking on Tuesday. The nearest parking is off Riverside Drive behind the Perth Concert Hall.

The Parent Committee also invites you to a planning meeting on Tuesday, 19 November at 6pm in the Koinonia Room in the Administration building. Please come along with your ideas for parent seminars and social functions for 2020. All are welcome.
