The eSafety Commissioner is a government organisation that is responsible for promoting online safety for all Australians. The eSafety Commissioner has a Parents and Carers tab with tips and advice on helping your child have safe and enjoyable experiences online.

Headspace is a one-stop-shop for young people, parents/carers and friends to access information and support on a range of concerns impacting young people aged 12-25yrs. The Headspace website has fact sheets to support parents/carers in raising sensitive issues and working to resolve problems that arise along the way.

Smiling Mind is a non-for-profit web and app-based meditation program developed by psychologists and educators to bring mindfulness to people’s lives. Smiling Mind provides free mindfulness exercises for people aged 7yrs to adult.

Parentline is a phone service for Parents and Carers of children from birth to 18 years old. They offer confidential and anonymous counselling and support on parenting issues.
