WMR Senior Softball

Congratulations to the Senior Softball team who finished Runners-Up at the WMR Championships on Monday 13th May. Sunbury were a little too good in the end but they put up a great fight had a 'ball' doing it!

Thanks to Mrs Bews for taking the lunchtime training sessions in the lead up to the competition.

Bellarine Division Athletics

Well done to all our students who competed at the recent Bellarine Division Athletics on Friday 3rd May. This year we won the award of most improved school based on last year’s results! We also had lots of students qualify for the next round and Teagan Zurawel broke a 13 year girls High Jump record that had existed from back in 1990. Four out of our six relay teams won and also go through to the WMR Championships on Thursday 19th September.

WMR Swimming Championships

Well done to Olivia Platt, Chantelle Brentnall, Nyoka Evans and Ella Colquhoun for representing us at the WMR Swimming Championships on Thursday 4th April.

The girls finished second in the 15 year Medley Relay. Olivia also received places in numerous events but narrowly missed out on a spot in the state finals this year. Nonetheless, a fantastic effort as always, from all of our students.
