The Smith Family

The Smith Family supports long term participation in education through the provision of timely opportunities and support, enabling students to optimise their education outcomes. For this reason, The Smith Family offers Learning for Life Scholarships, Programs and Support throughout the primary, secondary and tertiary education years.

Scholarships are awarded to students in financially disadvantaged families that have demonstrated their commitment to education and who would benefit from additional resources and support and who meet the referral criteria.

Yolanda will be at the school on Thursdays (fortnightly basis) commencing 22nd February from 8.45 a.m. to 11.00 a.m. to meet with families, including Scholarship families and families interested in the Learning for Life programs offered by The Smith Family.  

Educational support program we offer are to students: 

• Free reading program called student2student, which helps support and motivate children to read and improve their reading.

Saver Plus is a free ten-month program that provides financial education, budgeting and saving tips.  Once you finish the program, ANZ will match your savings, dollar for dollar, up to $500, for education costs for you or your children.
