BYOD Tablet Program Pick Up Day & Parent Portal 09/02

On Tuesday 9th of February at 4pm, you will be able to collect your child’s tablet computer & all accessories.

 

Parents who are buying the tablet (as an ‘outright purchase’):

Thank you for the 1st payment installment. The second payment installment of $680 was due on 29th January 2016. You do not need to sign up to the parent portal as detailed below. Parents are reminded that we cannot give your child his/her BYOD computer until both payment installments have been made.

 

Parents who are leasing the tablet:

Before the tablet can be taken home on the 9th February, parents must sign up to the Parent Portal as detailed below, parents must also bring a copy of the confirmation email that is automatically sent to parents once they have signed up to the portal. Parents may choose to print this confirmation email out as proof or simply show this email on their phones. The school has a record of all parents who have (& have not) signed up to the Parent Portal.

 

The Parent Portal:

Parents pay for their child’s computer monthly, through the Direct Debit online ‘Parent Portal’ system. Parents will need to sign up to the parent portal before the first debit can be processed on the 10th of February 2016 or they will incur a late fee & will fall behind on their payments. To sign up to the parent portal, you will need to go to the web address below.

Please read & accept the ‘terms & conditions’ on this webpage & follow the prompts to complete this process. If parents do not have access to the internet, they are welcome to use a computer at school to sign up to the Parent Portal.

Student Free Day

There will be a Student Free Day on Friday 26th February.

 

There will be no staff at the school on this day.
