Year 8 Ceramics
Year 8 Ceramics:
Way back in Term 1, Year 8 Ceramics made these fabulous 'Around-the-World' tiles. After researching iconic landmarks, they used this research to develop a design and then construct a tile from clay using slab and other hand building techniques. These students worked sensationally throughout the entire process and when we returned to school, some got the opportunity to glaze their work. Those students haven't even had a chance to see the completed work so here are the results. (super impressive!)
