P&F Office Bearer's & Class Representatives

Attached is a list of the P&F Office Bearer's and Class Reps for 2020. Our thanks to all the parents who have volunteered their time, many of whom volunteer year after year. 

There are only a few gaps (but important ones to fill):

• Class Reps for grade 2 and grade 5 (ask a friend to do this role with you).
• Hot Lunch - Friday AM Kitchen Volunteer Coordinator (the Hot Lunch role has been divided into 4 different positions, overseen by Dave & Jen Kahan, and this is the last position available).
• Book Club Co-ordinator (mainly online). Current co-ordinator will still be at school.
• Biggest Morning Tea Coordinator (May 2020 - a very easy event to coordinate in conjunction with Ms Hawksworth).
• Twilight Market Co-ordinators for 2021 (start thinking about it)!!  Current co-ordinators will be at school and a thorough handover would be provided.
• Cake Stall Co-ordinator (previously Food Fiesta) - this role can be as small or big as you are prepared to take on.

P&F Secretary & Communications:

The current Secretary is stepping down after 3 years in the role and will still be at the school in 2020. Ideally computer and organisational skills are essential. You will work with Mrs Moore and the P&F Chairperson. A thorough handover will be provided and any assistance will be made available throughout the year.
