Ripples yearbook

Help us record the experiences of 2020
Dear NHS families,
We are currently collecting articles and images for the NHS Yearbook 'Ripples 2020'
With this year being unique in our school’s history, we are inviting students and families to help us record their 2020 experience of remote learning, and the impact Covid-19 has had on our community.
We will do our best to include as many photos and stories as possible, that best represent the remote learning experience of our families and students, as only they can tell it.
How to contribute
We have set up a ‘Ripples 2020’ folder on Dropbox
Please submit your articles and images as early as possible to assist with the editing timeline. The closing date for submissions is this Friday 30 October at 4pm.
Guidelines for contributions
Text
1. Submit text in a Word document – file clearly named (family or activity)
2. Do not add photos to your article, please upload jpegs at the same time and use the same file name to match your word doc – see instructions below
Images/photos
When adding images please keep in mind student’s privacy and submit appropriate content for a school yearbook.
1. We require good quality, clear photos – no blurry ones or backs of heads
2. Images should be Jpeg files, at the highest resolution possible
3. Images should be labelled clearly, including the event/family name and the same file name if any accompanying word docs
4. Separate jpegs from text - load them at the same time to Dropbox
Please contact Jenny, Diana or Nicole if you have questions regarding Ripples.
We are looking forward to seeing your contributions.

Jenny Tripp, Diana Blyton and Nicole Donehue
