Performing Arts

As the year draws to a close we would like to say a huge thank you to all our Performing Arts students and student leaders. This has been a year like no other. Everyone has stepped up to keep learning and playing when we could and keep connecting with each other in our ensembles when we could not. They have participated in College events through recorded performances in ensembles and as soloists, and we thank Nick Disco for his help in putting these videos together.

Especially we wish our Year 12's the very best as they complete their exams and prepare for the next stage of their lives. In particular, Indy Hatzakortzion, our Performing Arts Captain, has worked tirelessly to connect us with each other and our whole College community through a range of activities, including Project Smile, and her work has been a highlight of this year.

Finally, we hope that everyone has a Merry Christmas and a Happy Holiday Season! We look forward to seeing everyone in the new year. We appreciate the effort of all the Performing Arts students who took the time to contribute, Each of us learned something from the experience of preparing music in the remote learning environment, and we will go forward slightly changed by that experience. We wish everyone a happy, safe, and restorative holiday break.
