Welcome back  to all our students and their families. I trust you all had a restful break and remained healthy and well.

We commenced this term with our Alleluia Day Celebrations as well as the Caritas Kilometres School Event. The weather was kind to us and we were able to conduct the walkathon on our school oval. The Mini Vinnies led the day and worked hard to ensure everyone had their Caritas Cards to be stamped after each lap, encouraging students to keep walking the kilometres of compassion to raise funds for those in the Ukraine and other war-torn countries.

Thank you to those family members who joined us for the event, walking with their children. By all accounts, it was enjoyable and worthwhile event that demonstrated, in an authentic manner, our willingness as a community to help those in need. 

Each student will have a Caritas Card sent home, stamped with the amount of laps completed. This will assist if you require this information to calculate the amount of money per lap to be raised and sent to school.

Please ensure all money for the Caritas Kilometres Fundraising is sent to school in an envelope or zip lock bag by Friday 29th April 2022.

I would like to take this opportunity in thanking the school community for supporting this worthwhile cause.

Mother's Day

Mother's Day is fast approaching which means the Mother's Day Stall will be taking place next Thursday 5th May. If you have already completed the Volunteers Induction Workshop and would like to assist with the stalls, please contact me as soon as possible on the email below.

Any amount of time you can offer in assisting with this important event would be greatly appreciated.

Students will be able to purchase items ranging $1- $6. A limit of two items per child will be permitted to be purchased. Students will visit the stall throughout the day and any surplus items can then be purchased again at the end of the day.
