Year 3/4 Camp Roses Gap
Wednesday 12th – Friday 14th October 2022
This year our Year 3/4 students have the opportunity to attend a school camp at Roses Gap Recreation Centre. We have used this camp before and have found it to be a very enjoyable and well run adventure camp.
Roses Gap Recreation Centre is situated on 120 acres of private land within the Grampians National Park (Gariwerd). Local wildlife is abundant around the camp, including kangaroos, wallabies, emus, echidnas, birds and lizards. For more information, visit the website: https://www.rosesgap.com.au/
Students will spend three days and two nights at Roses Gap camp. They will enjoy various activities including a giant swing, flying fox, crate stacking, vertical playpen, hut building, low ropes course and archery. We will travel using Coles Coaches, with departure and arrival times within school hours.
The total cost for the camp is $350 and the first payment/deposit of $70 is due by 10th May. Camp payments can be made as planned instalments, or as a lump sum. Permission to attend must be given via Compass. More information will be provided as the date approaches.
Thank you! The Year 3/4 Team
