Digitech

Digitech started a little differently this term due to a short week. On Friday, Mr Evans headed down to a small school in a little town called Fish Creek to share some of our fantastic resources and provide them with an opportunity to experience for a day what we’re lucky enough to have once a week in levels 3, 4, 5 and 6. The school has just over 100 students and they thoroughly enjoyed building, programming and interacting with our fabulous LEGO Spike Essential and Spike Prime robots. Of course, we also squeezed in a little Lego Masters Q&A too, and it’s fair to say, there were some really impressive questions! 

A big shout out to our First LEGO League team who, as part of our pre-season training, managed to build the rover robots the Fish Creek students used. Thank you so much! Your efforts were greatly appreciated. 

Looking forward to some awesome new topics in Digitech this term, with Level 5 and 6 moving into robotics and Level 3 and 4 into image editing, but more on that later!
