Residential Supervisor (Live-In) Boys' Boarding 

 

St Philip’s College is seeking expressions of interest for a responsible and nurturing Live-In Residential Supervisor for our Boys' Boarding House. The Residential Supervisor’s primary role is to support the academic, social, and emotional well-being of boarding students.

Residential Supervisors must communicate effectively with students and staff to develop positive relationships and create an engaging ‘home away from home’, ensuring our students feel safe, respected, and encouraged.

Our ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role and be available to work various weekday evenings and weekend shifts.Accommodation is provided, with generous rental rates negotiated. This is a voluntary arrangement separate to the initial employment arrangement.

 

This Role Requires:

Previous experience working with young people preferredAbility to be respectful, firm, fair and consistent in the delivery of discipline when requiredA valid Working with Children (ochre card) or the ability to obtain

College Assistant 2022

St Philip’s College is looking to fill the position of College Assistant 

for the 2022 academic year.

 

This Assistant position will provide support to the Rivergum Cafe, as well as administrative and clerical support to other areas of the College.

This is a 12-month fixed term contract and would ideally suit a gap year student.

Hours 8am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday during the school term.
