Final Call

Following a tremendous Term One and with everything back into gear it's the final call to students, staff and Old Collegians who wish to be part of the Sesquicentenary Music Showcase Finale, performing Greg Gilpin’s ‘Why We Sing’.  The performance will feature the combined College choirs, including staff and alumni to finish the concert which is but the beginning of our next Sesquicentenary weekend commencing Friday 20th May. Any singers who would like to be part of this choir should email the Director of Music, Mr Benjamin Hiscock on the email below, by the end of this week.  Rehearsal materials can be forwarded, and all singers will be required for a dress rehearsal from 1-2pm on the day of the concert, Friday 20th May.

Term One re-established College instrumental and choral ensembles.  As well as preparing for and performing in the Easter Service which brought the College community back together in St Andrew’s Church. Preparations towards the sesquicentenary music showcase were enhanced with visits from Monica Curro and Stefan Cassomenos, The Australian String Quartet and Laurence Matheson and finished up with John Noble and the Orchestra Victoria MOVE team.
