3/4s EXPO

3/4s Expo on their inquiry unit Flushed Away

Flushed away Expo In Term 2, the 3/4s learnt about sustainability through the exploration of the local Diamond Creek. Thanks to lockdowns, our four creek walks were cut to two. However, in that time we were able to witness the impacts that humans have on our waterways. To share their learning, the children were invited to present their understanding in any creative way they chose. Many chose dioramas, some made of lego, others from the leftover shoeboxes. We also saw many websites, documentaries and other forms of technology being used. We had a publisher in our midst who wrote and published her own picture book, and a game designer who made a board game. An expo was held so that the children could share their learning with others.  Sadly, due to restrictions, parents were unable to attend.

Great work 3/4s!
