Learning Conferences will be held at Clemes next Wednesday, 30 June from 3-6pm. Information on how to book a conference were shared with the report, accessible via seqta engage. Parents are strongly encouraged to make an interview booking if a request was made.
Study Planner
The July break is an excellent chance for students to start preparing for the upcoming internal and external examinations. A study planner was shared with all students and parents via the Report email sent out yesterday. This is a really great opportunity to reflect on what has worked well so far, and any areas that need addressing.

Small Steps Sleepover
Registrations have now closed for the annual Year 11 and 12 Small Steps Girls Sleepover to be held next Thursday night from 6pm. This is a significant event on the Clemes calendar with money raised going to support the Small Steps program. This program provides accommodation, education and support to young mums at risk, and their children. Participants are reminded to bring sleeping gear, snacks, breakfast and their own cutlery and crockery. Dinner and some snacks will be provided.
All Clemes students and staff are also invited to make donations of non-perishable food items for the Small Steps pantry. There will be donation boxes available in the foyer throughout next week.

This weekend students will be climbing on the magical granite cliffs of Freycinet. Walls are up to 60m high and plunge with courage into the dark Tasman Sea. The focus will be on developing a strong foundation in the operation of safety systems whilst enjoying the excitement and challenge of travelling over stone.
Outdoor Leadership
Over the July holidays, students enrolled in Outdoor Leadership will participate in a 10-day trip travelling the Arthur River valley in the North West. They will hike, mountain bike and kayak starting at the river source and finish up at the river mouth at Arthur River. Students will be taking a formal leading role each day.
