If you would like to start learning an instrument in Term 3 please collect a music application form from the front office or Mr Hickey's office in the Tullow Building.

The end of Term 2 at Killester usually brings a cascade of music events where parents and carers can share what their young musicians have achieved in the first half of the year.

Unfortunately the five events we had scheduled have to be cancelled or postponed:

• Concert and Cabaret (May 31)  POSTPONED
• Year 7 & 8 concerts (June 16 at 5.30 & 6.30) CANCELLED
• Music soirees (June 23 & 24) POSTPONED
• Our Year 7 & 8 band class concerts are cancelled, but we will be putting together some videos to showcase what we've achieved.
• Our other concerts have been postponed and we will let you know new dates once we have more certainty around the lifting of restrictions.

The repeated lockdowns have shown us how precious it is to come together and play music. We are very grateful that we got to go on music camp and enjoy time together there and we look forward to sharing what we achieved soon.
