Sketch the Setting
The Year 3/4 students have been starting to write about their reading through reading responses. Writing about reading deepens student understanding and comprehension by allowing them to think more deeply about what they have read. Students have been working on sketching the setting of a fiction text in order to understand why the setting is important to the story.
