Working Bee Wednesday March 17th 4.00-6.00pm 

Next week's working bee priority is to weed the vegetable gardens.  The sweeping and disposal of leaves is also a goal. If you are available and can participate please respond via the school's email by next Monday le.page.ps@education.vic.gov.au . To make the job easier bring gardening gloves, gardening tools, rakes, outdoor brooms etc. Beverages will be provided.

Cross Country - House Sports Event 

On Thursday 25th March, we will be holding our whole school Cross Country event on the Le Page Park ovals next to the school. Students can come to school dressed in their House colours. Parents are most welcome to attend to support their children. The event will run after lunch from 2.00 - 3.30 pm. Prep, Grade 1 and 2 will be running around the oval, while Grades 3-6 will be running around the border of the oval in 2 km and 3 km runs depending on their ages. The top runners in each age group and gender for Grades 3-6 may be selected to represent Le Page at the Division event early in term 2. All participants will receive House points for their houses, while the top 5 runners will earn extra points.
