Wellington SC performs Matilda

Our Year 5 and 6 students enjoyed a marvellous performance of ‘Matilda’ at the Wellington Secondary College theatrette on Wednesday. It was exciting to see so many of our former ARPS students in the performance, and the production was outstanding, with a few great surprises and well-rehearsed dancing, singing and acting. I am sure the students who attended learned much from the experience and enjoyed viewing and engaging in the live theatre opportunity.

Students were also given a tour of the school and facilities by staff and student leaders at the school. It was a great opportunity for our Year 6 and 5 students to engage in a ‘Q&A’ session with the student leaders and gain an understanding of some of the experiences they will have when transitioning to secondary school.
