Child Safe Standards

School Council recently reviewed a number of policies in relation to our Child Safe Standards and the recently updated requirements for schools which came into action from 1st July 2022. At our School Council meeting on 24th August, School Council endorsed the following:

• Child Safety Policy
• Volunteer Policy
• Visitor Policy
• Complaints Policy
• Child Safe Standards risk Management
• Yard Duty Supervision Policy
• Child Safety Responding and Reporting Obligations Policy and Procedures

These policies are available on our School Website. I encourage families to be familiar with these policies, especially where parents/carers are volunteering at the school.
