In Term 3 CSPS took part in the Tiered Fidelity Inventory (TFI). This tool is used to measure the extent to which school staff are applying the core features of SWPBS. The TFI is a reliable and valid tool to assess fidelity of implementation. The monitoring, evaluation, and reporting of SWPBS implementation is consistent with the Department’s Evaluation Strategy. Staff and students were asked some questions about the implementation of SWPBS at our school.
A score of 70% positive answers is considered a success for the implementation of the SWPBS program.
CSPS should be very proud as we achieved a 93% score for this inventory. This means that students and staff are knowledgeable about SWPBS and the importance of this program at our school.
As we head into the end of the year, please take some time to revisit the CSPS Behaviour Matrix with your family.
Can we please have a discussion about the food in Breakfast Club with your children? There has been an increasing amount of students who are going into The Gallery during break times and after school and helping themselves to food from the breakfast club. Students should not be going in and helping themselves to food at any time.
If students are hungry, they are to chat with their teacher first.
