School Council met on Wednesday 26th October onsite. Some notables discussion points include: 

  • Confirmation of  Year 6 Graduation venue in new building
  • Confirmation of Year 5 & 6 City Camp: 26th - 28th July 2023
  • State Election understandings  at a school and School Council level
  • Discussion in relation to FISO (Framework for Improving Student Outcomes) to ensure equal focus on Learning and Wellbeing in schools
  • Special visit by politicians 261022
  • Upcoming VRQA compliance audit
  • School hours and student attendance including ratification of Foundation Wednesdays in February, Pupil Free Days and PPD in 2023
  • Presentation of NAPLAN data results across the school and within curriculum levels
  • Parent Opinion survey results including recommended actions
  • School Fete finance arrangements including preferred pre-purchase and cash handling option on the day
  • Buildings and Grounds update with reference to the landscaping associated with the Capital Works

Introducing School Council

School Councils play an important role in Victorian government schools.  The CSPS School Council are active members who discuss and problem solve important elements to ensure the smooth running of the school.  Do you know who the CSPS School Council members are?
