McKay House Buddies

In Week 6 our Year 7 and Year 10 Buddies spent time in their Tutor Group working together to further strengthen their teamwork and communication skills.

The task set was to use lego pieces to build an item that was representative of our St Philips College culture.

Our new House Captains, Chloe, Eliza and Keegan spent time circulating the room to decide on a winner with each buddy pair sharing what their creation was and how it was symbolic of Saints. 

We had some wonderful creations; Round Square, the environment, Rupert the dog, the Uniting Church and the winning item was the College crest created by Lance Wilkinson and Adrian Fernandes. 

All students were extremely engaged in this task and there was a sense of fun and innovation in the air.
