Fountain Restoration

If you've been past the school over the last few weeks you will have noticed the restoration of our beloved fountain is progressing well!

Local contractor, Ged Kilmartin and his team from Rapido Constructions, did an outstanding job constructing the new concrete base before undertaking the delicate operation of moving our 124 year old fountain safely into its new position by crane!

We were delighted to have former students, Jack Duggan and Koby Poulton, as part of the team taking extra special care of our precious cargo!

Work has now commenced on reconnecting the plumbing and lights so it can be fully operational once more!
