Happiest cooks

Year 10 English have been studying Anh Do’s The Happiest Refugee. As part of learning about his family’s experiences, Mr Mulligan and Mrs Rottcher’s students had a class in the kitchens to cook a selection of Vietnamese dishes.  

Anh Do's story describes hardships and challenges .... but the food looks great! 

Hello from Hokkaido

Our ASC Japanese programme continues its strong video partnership relationship with Akebi High School, in Hokkaido, Japan. 

During Week 4 of this term, we were able to twice connect with our friends in Japan. Both schools learn so much and enjoy communicating in English and Japanese!
