Year 12 Dinner

Each year we have a Year 12 Dinner held on the last night of term so as all students have an opportunity to get together for a nice meal and a night out before they all head off in different directions.

This year we are supporting the new business “BRUGAN” which is local to us.  As always all students both Day and Boarding will meet here at the College and be bussed down to the venue together for one final time.  Therefore, we ask all Day students wishing to attend to be at the College from around 6.10pm.  This will enable some photo opportunities prior to departing together. 

Day students who wish to remain onsite after the school day are more than welcome to do so, we just ask that you please let Mr Murnane know by Tuesday 21st September.  Thanks for your cooperation on this matter.

The cost for the evening is covered in the Year 12 Contributions and Charges.  This is a great night where the students will be the hosts and the master of ceremonies by keeping everyone up to speed on the night.

Students will also give out some awards to the staff who attend to celebrate the end of school with the students.  These awards are meant to be a little light hearted fun to thank some of the staff who have had an influence on their schooling here at the College.  I am sure it will be another great evening.

Year 12 Departure

Next week we will put out a booking schedule for the Year 12 students who are eligible to sign out of the Residence after completing all of their educational requirements.  To assist with the signing out, all residential students should have their padlock, key, laundry tub, as well as their allocated boot tub.  Having all these in place prior to the process beginning will expedite the process.

Year 12’s not returning for Term 4 will need to complete their Reach leave requesting a “not returning”.  I suggest placing the Graduation Day date of Friday 12th November at 1pm. Even though it is a non-return leave, Reach still requires a return date and that is “Graduation Day”.
