Principal Post

Dear Families,

Our Year 4 Camp at Sovereign Hill last week was a most memorable and enjoyable few days for our students and staff. Blessed with such good weather for the three days the students immersed themselves in a range of  learning activities from the Gold Rush period. It was so pleasing to note the way they mixed and looked after one another.   Our sincere thanks to our awesome staff who gave so generously of their time and talent to care and supervise the students.  Thank you to Caitlin Cellini, Nicole O'Halloran, Leah Whiting, Rebecca Neofit, Rachael Gregory, Nicholas Hoare, Jonathan Rooney and Jenny Willmott. I hope you all captured the fun through our school Instagram page!  Instagram page- Username: sjvmulgrave

Social Justice

On Monday, our  Social Justice Captains together with Mini Vinnie representatives from  the senior school participated in the Kids View Conference.

Several schools were involved in this initiative  and we are able to bring back some new ideas and insights to help grow our awareness around  putting our faith into action.

Read further info in this edition.

MS Readathon

As you would have read last week, our school is encouraging  our students to participate in the MS Readathon. The Readathon  takes place in   August, with all money raised to go toward research into MS.   If you wish to take part, you will receive log-in details from your child's class teacher.
