About The Awards

Out For Australia and BCG celebrate 30 outstanding individuals under the age of 30, as they live as their authentic selves in the LGBTQIA+ community. Winners are chosen based on their tangible contributions to the LGBTQIA+ community, success in their field, and the qualities they exhibit as an inspirational role model.

30 individuals are awarded, with five of those winners chosen for five major Category Awards.

Special thanks to the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) for sponsoring our Awards since its inception. We are also grateful to the countless 30 Under 30 Award winners and judges who continue to support our mission as volunteers and ambassadors. Of course, these awards would not be possible without the hard work and creativity of our volunteers, partners, sponsors, and the Out For Australia community.
