Bargaining Action Team

Nanananananana BAT member! Want a new contract with increased wages and powerful teacher rights? Then OGEA needs YOU!  

Volunteer to be a member of our Bargaining Action Team (BAT). We are actively recruiting a BAT member from each school site. A BAT member is a liaison between their school site and the Organizing Team to maintain support for the Bargaining team, when needed. This may be as simple as counting how many people wore their green OGEA T-shirt, getting everyone to a rally, or pumping up members for organizing efforts. The more people involved, the more likely we are to get favorable outcomes in our bargaining.
