On Monday, our school celebrated Education Support Personnel Day with a special morning tea and handmade cards from students, to acknowledge our wonderful team of ES who provide great support for our students and teachers.

Parent/Teacher interviews will be held next week from Monday 23rd - Thursday 25th May.  Bookings can be made online via the Compass App.  To make a booking, go to Conferences in the menu.  Interviews will be held onsite and will provide a great opportunity for teachers and families to catch up face-to-face.  If you require an online meeting, please contact the school or your child's teacher.

The Mount Beauty Running Festival will be held this Saturday the 21st May.  Students and families are encouraged to get involved and join in the fun!  Many thanks to Kath and Deirdre who will be helping out on the day and also helping to raise funds for our school.  For more information about the event and how to enter, please check the QR code in our Community Notices.

Please note that the RAT program has now been extended until the end of term.  From Monday 23 May 2022, it is recommended RATs are used by students when symptomatic. RATs are also required to be used for 5 days if a student is a close contact of a confirmed case and they are attending or working at a school. Families are no longer required to undertake twice-weekly testing of non-symptomatic students, but are required to continue to notify the Department of Health and the school if your child returns a positive RAT result. Additionally, you should inform us if any of your children are household contacts.

Thanks to the support of families and friends, we have now raised $440 towards providing emergency support to refugee children forced to flee their homes.  With less than two weeks to go, our students are well on their way towards achieving their goal to walk 243km.   For more information on how you can make a donation, please see our team page here.
