and we can’t wait to hear all about it.

Thank you so much to all our volunteer helpers.

We were overwhelmed with the amount of you that offered to help and we look forward to getting to know some of the new faces better.

Keep collecting those empty bread bags and remember to place them into your house coloured boxes in the corridor.

The more bags we can collect the more sport equipment our school will receive.

Something that is required of all volunteers and helpers at SFS is a valid Working With Children Check (wwcc).

These checks are very easy to apply for, and free for volunteers. We love having parent helpers with all of our Parents and Friends events, and the children love seeing their parents at schoo.

You will need to fill in your details (we suggest adding St Francis de Sales Primary School in as your volunteer location), supply them with proof of ID and then verify these in person at an Australia Post outlet.

At the post office they will take your photo for your WWCC card. Until your card arrives you will be given a slip from the post office that can be used.

Once you have your WWCC complete please ensure you lodge the details with the school through admin@sfslynbrook.catholic.edu.au
