Policy Subcommittee

The SHPS Policy team meets twice per term, usually on a Friday morning after drop off. Our Finance Committee are keeping busy as the funds from a number of grants are pouring in. We would like to thank everyone involved in applying for these grants. Buildings and Grounds

We are excited to make great progress with our Nugal-nganjin garden near our Specialist Block. This Woi-wurrung name means 'ours' and represents that the garden will belong to the whole school community. We have to thank Aunty Gail from the Wurundjeri Tribe who has provided the name for us. You can see the plan below, if you have any skills to help us get this built please let us know by contacting Aasta through the school office or Steve Hardman, our amazing chair of the Buildings and Grounds Subcommittee. The garden will feature plants that are representative of our community, as well as a number of native plants the represent our connection to the local area.
